Labiaplasty, Vaginoplasty, and Vulvar Fat Grafting
Labiaplasty
Women opt for surgery for a variety of reasons, including pain from twisting and tugging of the labia when riding a bike or during intercourse, itching, irritation and self-consciousness.
The goal of the procedure is to reduce the labia minora so that they don’t hang below the hair-bearing labia majora. A labiaplasty may be performed to reduce asymmetry when one is longer than the other, or, more commonly, to reduce the length of both labia so that the labia no longer twist, tug or fall out of a bathing suit.
Vaginoplasty
After childbirth, women may complain of vaginal laxity, resulting from stretching of tissues and separating of muscles, sometimes to the point that a tampon falls out, and this lack of tone can contribute to sexual dysfunction.
A vaginoplasty is a minimally invasive, vaginal tightening procedure which brings the separated muscles together, and the extra mucosa skin from the back side of the vagina is removed. The external skin can also be removed for a more aesthetic appearance.
Vulvar/Vaginal Fat Transfer (Grafting)
Many women seek Augmentation Labiaplasty of the Labia Majora via Autologous Fat Transfer because they want to improve the contour of their labia majora by increasing the size, enhancing the shape, correct proportional imbalances, and improve firmness. The best candidate for this procedure is a physically healthy, normal weight, person with firm, elastic skin, and with realistic goals.
Perineal Scar Revision
The perineum is the area of tissue between the vagina and the rectum. Childbirth can cause tearing and scarring of the perineal tissue. Oftentimes, the healing process of these tears leads to uneven scarring and disfiguration of the perineum. This condition often results in vaginal looseness.
This surgery repairs the damage and resurfaces the tissue in order to return the area to its pre-pregnancy state. The procedure also rebuilds and tightens muscles. The entrance of the vagina will be narrowed, providing the additional benefit of vaginal tightness for intercourse.
Perineal repair is often performed in conjunction with vaginoplasty, but it may also be performed as a single surgery.
O-Shot (G-Spot Amplification)
The O-Shot (The Orgasm Shot) is a non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation treatment. It is a simple painless treatment method which utilizes your body’s own natural healing properties. The treatment generates healthier and more functional tissue in the vagina. This stimulates vaginal and clitoral rejuvenation. After the treatment, you will find an increase in libido and the ability to have multiple, more intense orgasms quickly. No more wondering “Why can’t I have an orgasm?”
Sacrocolpopexy for Chronic Pelvic Pain Relief
The goal of the sacrocolpopexy procedure is to treat pelvic organ prolapse, reduce symptoms and improve the quality of life. Typically, treatment will focus on the source of the pain. However, if a cause cannot be identified, treatment will focus on managing your pain and other symptoms. For many women, the optimal approach involves a combination of treatments.
